Synopsis

A solid melodrama with which Li Ching won her “best actress” award for the title role ‘Susanna’. She is ably supported by Diana Chang and Kwan Shan as her darling parents. A tear-jerker worthy watching !

I rewatched Susanna again today and find this story rather nice. Diana Chang and Kwan Shan made such lovely pair and perfect parents. Allison and Li Ching played their roles as sisters very well. Ho Fan's acting is still left to be desired. He is such a cute fellow, but absolutely no talent at all in acting!
