"5 Shaolin Masters" is indeed another outstanding creation of Chang Cheh. The whole movie is so cool and magnetic ! How fortunate I was to be entertained by 5 Kung Fu superstars, accompanied by their individual superb Kung Fu act and choreography! David Chiang, Ti Lung, Alexander Fu Sheng, Chi Kuan-chi and Meng Fei's charismatic kicks and punches kept my stomach tightened, my pulse thrummed as my body went into a primitive fight and flight phase. At least, these days, one can have a drink and popcorns to sooth the nerves while watching it!

The plot offers an affable and vivid insight into the story of Shaolin Temple which ultimately makes the movie so iconic!

Alexander Fu Sheng, who took up the complacent, innocent baby role in the movie, exudes acting potential to the fullest and no doubt, his handsome 'Eurasian' features have added starry boost! It's still impossible to believe that he has expired at the young age of 30.
