I've watched many Fu Sheng movies and in particular, he wins my thumps-up in his shaolin kungfu movies. However, this movie is the most unsatisfactory one for the plot is weak and it lacks of intrigue. It is also a bit of a misnomer as a title and owes much to this film being a follow-up to shaolin martial arts.
