David Chiang was born into a thespian family.
In 1970, he won the “Best Actor” Award at a film festival for his sterling performance in “Vengeance” ( directed by Chang Cheh ) .
In 1973, his haunting performance in "Generation Gap" (another Chang Cheh's movie), earned him the "Most Contemporary Actor" Award at the Asian Film Fest .
His great relationship with director Chang Cheh had spanned more than 30 films in the ‘70s …
